Bi the Way: Radical Inclusion Across the sexuality spectrum in Mental Health Care

What is this Workshop About?

This interactive training creates an engaging atmosphere where mental health professionals can reframe their understanding of sexuality as a dynamic spectrum rather than rigid categories.

Through guided group discussions and collaborative case vignettes, participants will examine how bi erasure and binary thinking impact client care. Mental health professionals will actively practice applying spectrum-aware frameworks to real-world scenarios, identifying microaggressions, and developing concrete language for intake forms and clinical documentation.

The training balances theoretical foundations with immediate practical application, ensuring participants leave with actionable strategies they can implement in their practice settings right away.

Join this collaborative learning experience to transform how you conceptualize, discuss, and support clients across the full sexuality spectrum.
